You can start ACCA with as little as two A Levels and three GCSEs in five distinct subjects, including English and Maths. Another route for you to start ACCA is by having an ACCA Foundation (previously known as Foundation in Accountancy or FIA).
If you're new to accounting or want to build on your finance experience, ACCA Foundations is a good place to start. You can earn certificates and diplomas along the way and eventually progress to the ACCA qualification.
Even if you are not interested in a finance career, ACCA Foundations can enhance your business skills. Understanding financial information can improve your decision-making and impact business outcomes. It also shows employers that you're knowledgeable about finance and can help solve business problems.
There are no minimum entry requirements, but Level 2 is a good starting point if you don't have any formal qualifications.
However, you will be awarded an ACCA Foundation (any) if you have already completed the professionalism and ethics module, also called Foundation in Professionalism. Another point to remember is that if you have obtained full exemption for an ACCA Foundation then Certificate for that specific ACCA Foundation will not be awarded to you. In a nutshell, at least one exam from a specific ACCA Foundation must be sat and passed along with the completion of Foundation in Professionalism.
At Khpalwaak, we will equip you with valuable practical accountancy skills by enhancing your understanding of key financial, business, and management accounting techniques.
